Initial Design Investigation. Develop quantity and
quality requirements as the first step in design. Surveys by a
competent agency are required to obtain the following data on
supply source:
a)
Hydrological data
b)
Geological data
c)
Quality of raw water
d)
Sources of pollution
e)
Conflicting uses
f)
Water rights
g) Land ownership and rights-of-way, for offsite
sources.
