Townhouse (Attached Single-Family Dwellings). Townhouses
consist of three or more attached dwelling units having separate dwelling
entrances, with the dwelling units separated by 2-hour firewalls. The firewalls are
designed and constructed to maintain its structural integrity independent of the
unit on the opposite side of the wall. See Figure 6-5.
