assuming that anchors are placed in accordance with the diagram. Berth diameter for
free-swinging floating drydocks may be obtained from Tables 5-17 and 5-18; in addition
to that for drydock length, allowance must be made for vessel entering dock. Berth
types are as follows:
ARD =
Auxiliary Repair Drydock
AFDL =
Small Auxiliary Floating Drydock
AFDB =
