NAVFAC Electrical Engineering Criteria Manuals. All undisturbed wiring and
the equipment judged to be in safe, operable condition shall be reused.

Mechanical Requirements. For mechanical requirements, refer to
NAVFAC DM-3.01. Reuse acceptable fixtures and equipment.

Fire Protection.
For fire protection requirements, refer to
MIL-HDBK-1008.
Asbestos. Asbestos based floor tile, building insulation, or

mechanical equipment insulation shall not be used in Navy facilities.
Removal and disposal of existing asbestos containing material shall be in
accordance with criteria of Environmental Protection Agency, OSHA, and
Removal and Disposal of Asbestos Materials, NFGS-02075.
