Window Shape. Window
inlet shape is the most important
factor in determining the efficiency
of wind cooling. The horizontal
shape is the best at capturing and
admitting winds for more angles of
wind incidence. A horizontal window
performs better than both square and
vertical windows in perpendicular
winds, and improves its
