4-7.1 Food Service Counter
Use Description:
The food service counter is the primary serving area for the Bowling Center. There is no food
production generated in this area other than snack food. Primary activity in this area is order
taking and delivery, and the serving of snacks and concessions. A pass-through window into
the cooking line area provides all cooked food to the cashier. The bar service is directly
connected to this area to minimize labor.
