availing themselves of the Family Service Center programs. This staff member
primarily handles telephone inquiries and requires a private office of 90
square feet (8 m2) in either small or large centers. The office should
accommodate a desk, desk chair and visitor chair, file cabinet, facilities for

cabinet, facilities for computer terminal, and book case. The office should
be adjacent to the information and referral counter, the social workers,
counselor, and chief of counseling services. It should share open-plan space
with the information and referral services coordinator.
