The technical proponent will evaluate the comments and forward
them to the technical representative if they have merit.

Comment Resolution. It is the responsibility of
the technical representative to review the comment, determine if
it merits research and incorporation, and estimate the effort
required to incorporate the change.
Level of Effort and Funding. If the technical

representative determines that the changes to the UFGS will be
extensive, a funding request shall be made in that organization's
criteria budget for the following fiscal year. If approved, the
changes will be incorporated by the technical representative at
that time. If the technical representative determines that the
changes are minor, he or she will accomplish the work using the
organization's UFGS general maintenance funds.
Response to Reviewers. The technical

representative shall respond electronically to reviewers'
comments with information about proposed actions as soon as
possible.
